Stomp Trading Cards is fully committed to PCI compliance and providing all of our customers with a secure checkout solution. We DO NOT store any credit card or financial data on our servers. The credit card information used for payment is sent securely to our merchant gateway Airwallex.

The Airwallex Gateway handles all the steps in the secure transaction while remaining virtually transparent, thus simplifying PCI compliance.

Customer data is protected with 128-bit SSL encryption.
Digital fingerprints enhance security, providing multiple layers of authentication.
A payment form is utilized in the checkout process pay page which is posted directly to the secure eWay servers. You can read more details on the way the secure checkout works on the eWay page as well.

PRIVACY POLICY

Stomp Trading Cards respects the privacy concerns of the visitors to Stomp Trading Cards (the “Web Site”). As a general policy, no personal information is automatically collected from users of the site. In the event that we do collect any personally identifiable data about visitors to this site, that information is only collected on a voluntary basis, and it is only known to Stomp Trading Cards.

Certain non-personal information of visitors (for example, the type of browser being used by the visitor, the type of operating system in use by the visitor and the domain name of the visitor’s Internet service provider) is recorded by the standard operation of Stomp Trading Cards Internet servers. This information is primarily used for internal purposes, and only in an aggregate and non-personally-identifying form. However, Stomp Trading Cards sometimes does provide this information, in aggregate and non-personally identifying form, to other parties for marketing, advertising or other use.

Personally identifiable information may be collected by Stomp Trading Cards when Web Site visitors voluntarily provide this information (including when visitors fill out contest entry forms, subscribe to newsletters/information bulletins or participate in other types of promotions). All such personal information is retained by Stomp Trading Cards and is not sold or otherwise transferred outside the company unless we obtain the user’s express consent to do so or if we are required by law or by court/governmental order to disclose such information in a particular circumstance. This information is used by Stomp Trading Cards for internal marketing and promotional purposes, in order to better understand the use of our sites and to support promotions included on these sites, as well as to enhance user enjoyment during the on-line experience. We sometimes also use e-mail addresses and other personally identifying information to contact visitors who communicate with us. For example, we direct e-mail to visitors who provide us with their e-mail addresses for specific purposes such as receiving our e-mail newsletters/bulletins or being notified if they have won one of our contests. This site contains links to other Web sites. Stomp Trading Cards is not responsible for the privacy policies and practices or the content of such Web sites.

PURCHASE INFORMATION

With your purchase you are purchasing a Video Link to be able to watch sports cards being opened . The bonus to your purchase is a team in that box or case of  sports cards. You are buying into a box break or a case break. You will not receive un-opened boxes/cases unless stated otherwise. You will receive all hits from the team you select or are assigned in the case of a random break. Due to the large amount of cards opened in a break, we generally do not ship base cards unless asked via email, message or on stream.  Any card deemed to be a hit will be securely packaged and sent to you.  Double sells do happen to the amount of traffic we get on our site. We go by whomever bought them first with lowest order number. Order numbers can be provided via request. Personal Box purchases are always opened live.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors as well as being in bad faith for things like promotions/discounts.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.  Stomp Trading Cards will not be held liable for any orders sent to an incorrect address if the customer has not provided the correct details.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

All products are shipped within fortnightly via Australia Post Express unless you are a Patreon member and then shipping is weekly.  International orders may take one week to 3 weeks to receive. Shipping varies by country. Higher valued cards will require a signature. Stomp Trading Cards is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in shipment.  Please contact us if you would like to insure your package and we will get you a quote for insurance.

Stomp Trading Cards is also not responsible for “perceived”  value of card. We can only go by what the hobby box sells for and what the break spot costs

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship out international orders the first week of every month. If you would like expedited shipping you can pay for extra and we will get it out within 24-48 hours.

Stomp Trading Cards will not be responsible for custom charges international packages may incur.

PLEASE NOTE: Stomp Trading Cards will not be responsible for International Packages Getting lost by customs or not arriving at there destination. No Refunds or Replacements will be issued once tracking number is produced . If you would like to ship more securely please contact us and we can workout an Australia Post Quote for you. You are abiding by these terms when checking out and acknowledging the terms and conditions.

SHIPPING ERRORS

Due to the large volume of cards and packages sent out we acknowledge that occasionally errors will be made in the process.  We will endeavour to rectify these and compensate when deemed to be at fault but for missing/lost cards, please note that we compensate on current market value of the missing cards, not the cost of the break they were purchased from.  So if a $10 card is missing from a $100 break, we will compensate on the value of the card in the same way as if a $100 card was missing from a $10 break.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All sales are final once all the spots in the break have been sold. We offer refunds, repairs and replacements in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and on the terms set out in this Policy.

SKUNKING/NOT HITTING IN A BREAK

Stomp Trading Cards is only opening products provided to us from Panini, Topps, Leaf etc.  We don’t pack the boxes and therefore can make no guarantee that you will hit a card.  Note this when you choose to purchase a spot in our breaks that there is a small chance that you will not hit anything of value.

CARD VARIATIONS

- Multiplayer Cards

On any hits (Jersey’s or Auto’s) with multiple players, the teams depicted on the card will be randomised seven (7) times using random.org and first place will be determined the winner.

- Cards without a team (USA or College Cards) When sold as a pro team break
Any break that is sold by Pro team and has college or USA Players the card will go to the team the player is currently on for that particular year of product. If it’s a pre-draft player it will go to the team he/she played their first professional game for. Retired players will go to the team they played the most professional games for.

All Charlotte Bobcats/Hornets cards will go to the current Charlotte Hornets.

All New Orleans Hornets cards will go to the current New Orleans Pelicans.

All Seattle Supersonics cards will go to the participant owning the Oklahoma City Thunder etc.

All NFL, MLB, Soccer etc. variations will follow the same guidelines with the card going to the team that has the current franchise liscence.

All Panini ‘Rewards Points’ will be randomized among ALL participants at the end of the group break with the winner having placed 1st in the randomizer.

ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

Occasionally there may be information on the Website that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to promotions and offers. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the Website or on any related Service is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information on the Website including, without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied on the Website should be taken to indicate that all information on the Website or on any related Service has been modified or updated.

BREAK LISTINGS/CREATIVE COMMONS

Stomp Trading Cards may use promotional pictures of cards to advertise their breaks on their website. Stomp Trading Cards may also advertise cards/items using social media (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, e-mail, Ustream, et al.). Pictures are for demonstration purposes only and may not be indicative of product configuration or break results. Pictures in break listings may come from manufacturer sell sheets or publicly displayed/available pictures (via Google Images). Use of these pictures by Stomp Trading Cards is hereby licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License. Original copyright retained by original owner(s) of product pictures (including sports card manufacturers). Use of promotional pictures originating from Stomp Trading Cards (including break highlights) should comply with Stomp Trading Cards’ attribution and “Share Alike” guidelines provided by Creative Commons license above.  Stomp Trading Cards will comply with providing picture credit to the owner(s) upon request; please contact us using the e-mail link below, and the subject line “Picture Credit”.

CONDITION OF CARDS 
Stomp Trading Cards makes no promises of condition of cards that come out of packs and or repacks. Trading cards can have flaws, dinged corners, whiting, print lines and more. These come out of the pack this way. Cards are handled multiple times by athletes and or manufactures before sale to us. Repack products that are not graded can have flaws and we do not guarantee any grade and or condition.

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to the Service constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and governs your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).
Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms of Service shall not be construed against the drafting party.

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.
